KLHL29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 661 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL29-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPPP2, RBMY1J, and PSMG2. Each is linked with KLHL29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL29-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPPP2 grouped by KLHL29-low versus KLHL29-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL29→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
