Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL28-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY3P7, RN7SKP167, and TMSB4XP3. Each is linked with KLHL28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL28-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL28 versus RNY3P7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.78.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL28→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
