KLHL24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,000 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL24-associated genes across cancer lineages are DGAT2, CHEK1, and DSN1. Each is linked with KLHL24 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL24-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DGAT2 grouped by KLHL24-low versus KLHL24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL24→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
