Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLHL24 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KLHL24 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher KLHL24 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHL24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and ACC show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and STAD are the cancer types where KLHL24 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
