Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,482 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND6P16, RNU1-4, and NFYBP1. Each is linked with KLF9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF9-to-partner and partner-to-KLF9 results are reported.
