KLF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,451 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB2P1, WDR59, and CSK. Each is linked with KLF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF7-to-partner and partner-to-KLF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB2P1 grouped by KLF7-low versus KLF7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
