KLF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD1B, OR10K2, and PRAMEF10. Each is linked with KLF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF7-to-partner and partner-to-KLF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD1B grouped by KLF7-low versus KLF7-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
