KLF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,619 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-200P, RNU6-933P, and PINCR. Each is linked with KLF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF4-to-partner and partner-to-KLF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-200P grouped by KLF4-low versus KLF4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
