Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLF3-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KLF3-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher KLF3-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLF3-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

BLCA, HNSC, and LGG are the cancer types where KLF3-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
