KLF17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF17-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, 14-3-3_beta, and MEK1. Each is linked with KLF17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF17-to-partner and partner-to-KLF17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by KLF17-low versus KLF17-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF17→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
