Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLF17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLF17-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLLU1-AS1, CFAP97D2, and FAM71C. Each is linked with KLF17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF17-to-partner and partner-to-KLF17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLLU1-AS1 grouped by KLF17-low versus KLF17-high in URINARY_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF17→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
