Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLF16-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJA1P1, FTO, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with KLF16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF16-to-partner and partner-to-KLF16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GJA1P1 grouped by KLF16-low versus KLF16-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF16→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
