KLF15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 835 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP5, ATP5MC2P2, and RNU6-528P. Each is linked with KLF15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF15-to-partner and partner-to-KLF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP5 grouped by KLF15-low versus KLF15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
