KLC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,054 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRD4, SF3A1, and MTOR. Each is linked with KLC2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLC2-to-partner and partner-to-KLC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLC2 versus BRD4 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
