Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,312 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AEBP1, COL12A1, and SPARC. Each is linked with KLC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLC1-to-partner and partner-to-KLC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLC1 versus AEBP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
