KISS1R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KISS1R RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,422 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KISS1R-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, Proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis, and Oxidative phosphorylation. Each is linked with KISS1R in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KISS1R-to-partner and partner-to-KISS1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis grouped by KISS1R-low versus KISS1R-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KISS1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→KISS1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
