KISS1R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KISS1R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KISS1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT8L2, USP29, and ALPI. Each is linked with KISS1R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KISS1R-to-partner and partner-to-KISS1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCT8L2 grouped by KISS1R-low versus KISS1R-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KISS1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→KISS1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
