Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIRREL3-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,358 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIRREL3-AS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIRREL3, RN7SL448P, and TCF4-AS2. Each is linked with KIRREL3-AS2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIRREL3-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-KIRREL3-AS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIRREL3-AS2 versus KIRREL3 in LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIRREL3-AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIRREL3-AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
