Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-977P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-977P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in READ. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-977P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, RNU6-977P RNA expression shows 5,711 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight READ, UCEC, and STAD as cancer lineages where RNU6-977P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
