KIF4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF4A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PDCD4, and ASNS. Each is linked with KIF4A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF4A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by KIF4A-low versus KIF4A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
