KIF4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100G, DMRTB1, and MYH4. Each is linked with KIF4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF4A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, S100G grouped by KIF4A-low versus KIF4A-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
