KIF3C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF3C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Notch1, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with KIF3C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF3C-to-partner and partner-to-KIF3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by KIF3C-low versus KIF3C-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
