KIF3C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF3C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 395 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSM6, ZFP2, and FOXS1. Each is linked with KIF3C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF3C-to-partner and partner-to-KIF3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACSM6 grouped by KIF3C-low versus KIF3C-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
