KIF2C

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF2C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,657 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASF1B, NCAPG, and LMNB1. Each is linked with KIF2C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF2C-to-partner and partner-to-KIF2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF2C versus ASF1B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
