KIF26B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF26B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,519 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF26B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCAN, RCN3, and LOXL2. Each is linked with KIF26B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF26B-to-partner and partner-to-KIF26B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF26B versus VCAN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF26B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF26B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
