Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF26B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIF26B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, p70-S6K, and INPP4B. Each is linked with KIF26B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF26B-to-partner and partner-to-KIF26B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by KIF26B-low versus KIF26B-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF26B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF26B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
