Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF25-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,746 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF25-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of post-translational protein modification, Nucleobase-containing compound transport, and Peptidyl-lysine modification. Each is linked with KIF25-AS1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF25-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-KIF25-AS1 results are reported.
