KIF1C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,799 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF1C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAFAH1B1, SRP68, and ANKFY1. Each is linked with KIF1C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF1C-to-partner and partner-to-KIF1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF1C versus PAFAH1B1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
