KIF1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,080 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, ITGAE, and BIRC5. Each is linked with KIF1C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF1C-to-partner and partner-to-KIF1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by KIF1C-low versus KIF1C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
