Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF1C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, beta-Catenin, and INPP4B. Each is linked with KIF1C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF1C-to-partner and partner-to-KIF1C results are reported.
