KIF1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF1C mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,404 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRF, BRPF1, and DPP3. Each is linked with KIF1C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF1C-to-partner and partner-to-KIF1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTPRF grouped by KIF1C-low versus KIF1C-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
