KIF17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,087 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF17-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTSE1, RAD54L, and BIRC5. Each is linked with KIF17 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF17-to-partner and partner-to-KIF17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GTSE1 grouped by KIF17-low versus KIF17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF17→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
