KIF17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 822 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF17-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6V1, OR9A2, and OIP5. Each is linked with KIF17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF17-to-partner and partner-to-KIF17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6V1 grouped by KIF17-low versus KIF17-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF17→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
