KIF15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Notch1, and ATM. Each is linked with KIF15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF15-to-partner and partner-to-KIF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by KIF15-low versus KIF15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
