Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,626 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIF14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC2, RPL12_S38, and RRM2. Each is linked with KIF14 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF14-to-partner and partner-to-KIF14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF14 versus RFC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
