Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,953 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are AHSA1, MRPS18C, and MIR4797. Each is linked with KIF14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF14-to-partner and partner-to-KIF14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AHSA1 grouped by KIF14-low versus KIF14-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
