Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,672 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, Mitotic nuclear division, and Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with KIF14 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF14-to-partner and partner-to-KIF14 results are reported.
