Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 130 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A15, ALOXE3, and TPPP2. Each is linked with KIF14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF14-to-partner and partner-to-KIF14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A15 grouped by KIF14-low versus KIF14-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
