KIF12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,565 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, LINC01635, and DOC2B. Each is linked with KIF12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF12-to-partner and partner-to-KIF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by KIF12-low versus KIF12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
