KIAA2013

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIAA2013 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,043 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA2013-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAN1A2, GALNT1, and TM9SF3. Each is linked with KIAA2013 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA2013-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA2013 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIAA2013 versus MAN1A2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA2013→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA2013) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
