KIAA2012

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIAA2012 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,850 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA2012-associated genes across cancer lineages are H1-4, CKS1BP6, and RNU2-48P. Each is linked with KIAA2012 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA2012-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA2012 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H1-4 grouped by KIAA2012-low versus KIAA2012-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA2012→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA2012) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
