KIAA2012

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIAA2012 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,640 significant associations in total. KIDNEY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA2012-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF17, OR52B6, and GABBR1. Each is linked with KIAA2012 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA2012-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA2012 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIAA2012 versus ZNF17 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA2012→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA2012) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
