KIAA1549

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIAA1549 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,757 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA1549-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR12, ZNF45, and DYNC2I1. Each is linked with KIAA1549 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA1549-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA1549 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIAA1549 versus PRR12 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA1549→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA1549) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
