Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIAA1549 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,098 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA1549-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3BP1, ICAM1, and ZKSCAN1. Each is linked with KIAA1549 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA1549-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA1549 results are reported.
