Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIAA1522 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 576 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIAA1522-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFN3, C1orf189, and LRRC38. Each is linked with KIAA1522 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA1522-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA1522 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PFN3 grouped by KIAA1522-low versus KIAA1522-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA1522→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA1522) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
