KIAA0040

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIAA0040 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,108 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA0040-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSRP1, MIR3936HG, and TPM1. Each is linked with KIAA0040 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA0040-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA0040 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIAA0040 versus CSRP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA0040→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA0040) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
