KIAA0040

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIAA0040 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,125 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA0040-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Keratinocyte development, Cytotoxic T cell degranulation, and Bundle of His cell-Purkinje myocyte adhesion involved in cell communication. Each is linked with KIAA0040 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA0040-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA0040 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Keratinocyte development grouped by KIAA0040-low versus KIAA0040-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA0040→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA0040) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
