KHSRP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KHSRP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,146 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KHSRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-210P, OR6M2P, and MIR3928. Each is linked with KHSRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KHSRP-to-partner and partner-to-KHSRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-210P grouped by KHSRP-low versus KHSRP-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KHSRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→KHSRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
