KHK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KHK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,473 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KHK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASA1, HLF, and FAM184A. Each is linked with KHK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KHK-to-partner and partner-to-KHK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KHK versus RASA1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KHK→partner) and Y-score (partner→KHK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
