KHDRBS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KHDRBS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,602 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KHDRBS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KCTD12, SYNPO2_S363, and BOP1. Each is linked with KHDRBS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KHDRBS2-to-partner and partner-to-KHDRBS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KHDRBS2 versus KCTD12 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KHDRBS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KHDRBS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
